ENRICHMENT

My First Quarterly Activity was a success as I said. And here are the pictures.

We split into two classes, Reading: creative ways to study your scriptures and 

Social Studies: FHE ideas for different ages.

We gave all the women schedules and name tags during Home Room, and we recited the pledge of allegiance. Seminary we gave out bookmarks with the Relief Society theme. 

Everyone packed their own brown sacks for lunch. We had uncrustables, fruit, crackers, cookies, and chocolate milk,sunny delight, or water to drink. 

We used butcher paper on top of the tables and had crayons in baskets for decorations. The sisters loved drawing funny pictures.

The cafeteria lady gave easy meal ideas for busy moms. I cooked one of the recipes tonight and it was delicious :) I'll post the recipes later.

For Home Economics we all came together and had a guest speaker. She was absolutely great. Everyone left feeling enriched and uplifted! One women commented to me as she left "Now that was worth my time" That made me feel really great. I hope I can continue to be inspired to know what the women in my ward need.
