We went to Overgaard with some friends! Makena's first snow trip! We sure bundled her up.
We threw a fun Christmas party with our friends. It was a pot luck/ugly sweater/ white elephant exchange. Oh what fun!
My girlfriend Kara that I have known since junior high came to visit from Utah. Her little Brighton is just a month or so older than Makena. Kylee is like mother goose to all the little babies. She is gunna be a great big sis soon!
Makena on Christmas Eve- she is holding her own bottle already! NOT. She just likes to grab things when she eats so we had to take a pic ha ha
We had to put this dress on for Christmas. She looked so precious!
Makena is fitting in all her clothes better- infact she is growing out of them too fast now! Look at that face...such a hard life.
And finally, here is our big girl in her new Bumbo seat. She is doing so good. We just got it yesterday and she is getting used to it. I figured it was time. She is still a little bit of a bobble head but this will do the trick. She is such a big girl. Her and I just talk to eachother all the time. Which is really just this adorable gurggle. I will have to figure out how to get video on here and post something like that soon.
Also she is starting to teeth. Yup- 3 months old next week. It will take time to break through but its happening. The drool, biting everything, and the whining cries which I know is just her way of telling me she is hurting. Poor thing. Thats life though. So now I should be all updated on what has been going on in our life. Its pretty great and I wouldn't change a day of it, even though some days are hard, I love it!
