Ok laugh at me if you want, but here is my confession. I feel like a terrible mom and the baby isn't even here yet! We went to see The Incredible Hulk last night with some friends- and those of you who have seen it will agree that is is very LOUD! I mean The first half was good, a lot of action and everything; then the whole 2nd have of the movie is fighting and smashing and explosions. I serioulsy was plugging my ears. And well, my sweet little girl was kicking inside of me like I have never felt. I know at this stage in the pregnancy she is recognizing louder noises. (dog barking, television, ect) so this had to just scare the poor thing more than I can imagine. I finally left the theatre. Yes my bladder was going to explode, but I didn't come back in and there was a little left of the movie. It may sound silly, but my mother's intuition is kicking in and I just felt horrible. Almost like I was holding her in my arms watching the movie. Needless to say- I liked Ironman much better!

Ha, you are funny. I remember that same thing happening when I went to see Lord of the Rings. I didn't leave though. Just consider yourself a cautious mother that loves your baby. And the empowering thing is that you are entitled to do whatever you think is right for your little girl. Go sista!
Same thing happened when Kevin and I went to go see Transformers last summer. I tried to wrap my arms around my tummy so it wouldn't be so loud for the girlies;) It's that motherly sense kicking in.
That is so funny. I remember that feeling when I saw Transformers when I was pregnant with Evey. You are not a bad Mommy.. not worry. Following your intuition is the best thing for your little one.
Love that story. That's my sister!
Ashley had her baby on the 11th. I tried to call you to tell you all the details but you didn't answer. He was like 7 lbs and came in the afternoon.
